Update: U.S. Senator Alfonse D’Amato Agrees to Participate in LIA’s "Future of New York" Executive Breakfast

Former U.S. Senator Alfonse D’Amato has agreed to participate in a panel discussion: “The Future of New York,” with former NYC Mayor Edward Koch and moderator LIA President Matthew T. Crosson. The Executive Breakfast will be held at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury on April 15 at 8:30 a.m.
 
Former Senator D'Amato had a distinguished 18-year career in the U.S. Senate, served as chairman of the Senate Banking Committee, was a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee - specializing in defense and transportation issues - and served on the Senate Finance Committee.
 
The former Senator is considered an expert in the legislative and political process and founded Park Strategies, LLC in 1999, a public policy and business development firm with offices in New York City, Washington DC, Albany, Buffalo and Long Island.
 
Recently named as one of the “Top Lobbyists” by the Congressional Newspaper - The Hill, D'Amato has kept close relationships with Members of Congress, on both sides of the aisle, and is regularly called upon for his advice and counsel.

D'Amato is also a noted political commentator on the Fox News Channel, NY1, and Bloomberg Radio.
